Well, i've been really sick the last week :/ I have the flu and went off my diet, not tracking anything - eating lots of icecream - because it was the only thing that soothed my throat. I'm still sick, but back on dieting track.
I joined Jenny Craig! AARRRRGGGHHH!! crazy huh?
I did the numbers... I used to be 147lb. I lost 27lb and went down to 123lb. I was wonderfully skinny at 123lb! Got married, moved to America and went up to 136lb - thats only 11lb less than my beginning weight - which I looked very chubby at :/
So I'm going on the program for 2 weeks - i'll weigh myself then, then start to track my weight. So December 22 is weigh in day. I plan on being very very good up until that time!!!

Another beginning
Well, not really. I've been sitting steady at 134lb for the last few days. I've been eating "normally" the last few days - which means eating around 1500 calories and exercising. I was feeling extremely hungry so I had to do that. Now its time for round two of dieting, hoping to make it to 131lb sometime next week. Oddly enough I do better dieting if I don't weigh myself. So I'll weigh in Saturday next week.
Breakfast:-
150 - Oatmeal
90 - PB
120 - banana
Lunch-
100 - Vegetable Soup (made last night!)
Snack:-
100 Grapes
100 Milk
Dinner:-
Going out for work dinner:/ I'm anticipating 600 calories. No drinking for me.

Wednesday December 1st.
I want to be 130lb by December 31st. I have so many get togethers before then and parties :/ So I'll have to be extra careful in the week and exercise a lot, and be moderate at the parties.
This week I have our office dinner on Friday night, an Italian night part on Saturday and I'm having people over for indian food on Sunday.
Friday I plan on having the Kobe burger and a glass of wine. I figure that will be about 900 calories all up. If I eat 600 in the day, that puts me at 1500 calories. I plan on going to the gym and burning off 500.
Saturday - Italian night. I'll eat salad and some pasta. I'll ask if I can bring some gluten free pasta.
Sunday - I'm cooking. So a glass of wine, a piece of Indian bread, non-fat yogurt and 1/2 cup rice and some curry.
I can factor it all in without gaining. I'm hoping to be 132lb by Saturday at least.
Today I'm allowing 1200 calories and I'm going to the gym also to burn 400.
700 - breakfast - bagel & coffee. I was starving!!!
250 - lunch - vege burger
200 - soup - dinner
50 - milk
