Well, not really. I've been sitting steady at 134lb for the last few days. I've been eating "normally" the last few days - which means eating around 1500 calories and exercising. I was feeling extremely hungry so I had to do that. Now its time for round two of dieting, hoping to make it to 131lb sometime next week. Oddly enough I do better dieting if I don't weigh myself. So I'll weigh in Saturday next week.
Breakfast:-
150 - Oatmeal
90 - PB
120 - banana
Lunch-
100 - Vegetable Soup (made last night!)
Snack:-
100 Grapes
100 Milk
Dinner:-
Going out for work dinner:/ I'm anticipating 600 calories. No drinking for me.
