I want to be 130lb by December 31st. I have so many get togethers before then and parties :/ So I'll have to be extra careful in the week and exercise a lot, and be moderate at the parties.
This week I have our office dinner on Friday night, an Italian night part on Saturday and I'm having people over for indian food on Sunday.
Friday I plan on having the Kobe burger and a glass of wine. I figure that will be about 900 calories all up. If I eat 600 in the day, that puts me at 1500 calories. I plan on going to the gym and burning off 500.
Saturday - Italian night. I'll eat salad and some pasta. I'll ask if I can bring some gluten free pasta.
Sunday - I'm cooking. So a glass of wine, a piece of Indian bread, non-fat yogurt and 1/2 cup rice and some curry.
I can factor it all in without gaining. I'm hoping to be 132lb by Saturday at least.
Today I'm allowing 1200 calories and I'm going to the gym also to burn 400.
700 - breakfast - bagel & coffee. I was starving!!!
250 - lunch - vege burger
200 - soup - dinner
50 - milk
