Today I ate around 1000 calories and burned about 200 exercise. Net = 800 calories. Not bad.
I weighed in at 134lb after work today. 9 more pounds to go...

Good day yesterday
Yesterday I ate 750 calories. Not bad at all!
Today I plan on eating about 800. I'm at work today. Here's the plan:-
Banana - 120
Cabbage Soup - 350
Grapes/Strawberries - 100
Milk - 100
Oatmeal - 150
= 820
Maybe I'll go to the gym at lunch also...

Binged...
Damn it. I have 2000 calories to burn off this week. I plan on eating 1200 calories per day, and working off 2000 calories off.
On the good side, last week felt successful. My jeans feel almost back to normal.

Thursday, Thanksgiving Day
My husband and I are planning on hiking Thursday. So thats good in terms of activity! I'm 300 over from yesterday, so will give myself 1500 calories today (including the 300 over). So I can only consume 1200.
I'd like to eat healthy. Something like this:-
150 - Oatmeal
110 - yogurt
140 - wheat thing snack
40 - Hummus
300 - Sandwich lunch
100 - snack
300 - dinner
75 - milk

I ate 1400 calories. So all up thats 1700 calories. 200 more than I intended. I guess that'll carry over.
BUT I did hike for 3 hours. I probably burned something like 500 - 700 calories. But I'm banking on 300 calories which puts me at 1200 calories, plus the 200 carrying over tomorrow.

I'm going to my MIL house for dinner tonight :/ She baked a turkey. I asked if I could bring salad. So I plan on having salad and turkey.

So Tired...
I'm so tired of feeling depressed about my weight. I'm tired of feeling worthless and like the fat girl.
My friend who is also 5'4" and about 115lb told me "I was so busy at work, all I ate was a slice of pizza today". And that is how she is so wonderfully skinny!
I have a plan to catchup for this week, in which I went over again. I plan on weighing myself properly (not guessing) and finding out how much I really weigh. Tomorrow I'll take a picture of my stomach.
