Catchup

The next four days I'm playing catchup after 3 days of binging

6 Bagel - 350
2 Milk - 50
5 WW Meal - 250
2 Yogurt - 110
3 Latte - 175
3 Turkey - 250
1 Salad - 100

I plan on going to the gym at lunch. Update: Burnt 300 calories on elliptical - I didn't have time to burn anymore.

Did I mention I hate myself today? I'm wearing my jeans as a reminder of how fat I've gotten. My jeans are SO bloody tight.

I'm going to my MIL house for dinner tonight :/ She baked a turkey. I asked if I could bring salad. So I plan on having salad and turkey.

4:40pm and I'm feeling hungry, which feels great at the moment.
