Thursday, Thanksgiving Day

My husband and I are planning on hiking Thursday. So thats good in terms of activity! I'm 300 over from yesterday, so will give myself 1500 calories today (including the 300 over). So I can only consume 1200.

I'd like to eat healthy. Something like this:-

150 - Oatmeal
110 - yogurt
140 - wheat thing snack
40 - Hummus
300 - Sandwich lunch
100 - snack
300 - dinner
75 - milk
----------------------
1215

I ate 1400 calories. So all up thats 1700 calories. 200 more than I intended. I guess that'll carry over.
BUT I did hike for 3 hours. I probably burned something like 500 - 700 calories. But I'm banking on 300 calories which puts me at 1200 calories, plus the 200 carrying over tomorrow.
