Good day yesterday

Yesterday I ate 750 calories. Not bad at all!

Today I plan on eating about 800. I'm at work today. Here's the plan:-

Banana - 120
Cabbage Soup - 350
Grapes/Strawberries - 100
Milk - 100
Oatmeal - 150
= 820

Maybe I'll go to the gym at lunch also...
